Track your application status
Your visa application is monitored by the visa centre where you submitted your application. You can therefore obtain information on the progress of your application.
However, no details will be given as to whether or not the visa you have applied for will be issued.
Where did you submit your application?
You can check the status of your visa application at any time in your "My Applications" area on France-Visas.
Use the CAPAGO online application tracking tool.
To obtain information about your application, please provide:
- The reference of your file,
- Your email address.
Use the TLS online application tracking tool.
To obtain information about your application, please provide:
- Log in to your TLS account to see the tracking of your request.
Use the VFS online application tracking tool.
To obtain information about your application, please provide:
- The reference number that was given to you
- Your last name.

How to collect my passport?
Once your application has been processed, you will be asked to collect your passport from your visa application centre.
Certain countries offer a “passport courier service”.
Please check the availability of this service with your visa application centre.
