Follow-up of your application to the Office for Refugee Families

You are a family member of a refugee and have just applied for a long-stay visa for family reunification abroad.

Until the contact form is back in service, the follow-up regarding your visa application will be temporarily done by email.

In the email, please specify :

• Your receipt number which was given to you when you submitted your visa application
• A valid e-mail address
• The address of the family member you wish to join in France (recognised by OFPRA as a refugee, subsidiary protected person or stateless person)
• The asylum application file number issued by OFPRA (9-digit number in the format XX-XX-XXXXX)
• The file reference provided by the Refugee Families Office / Visa Sub-Directorate (5-digit number)
