Apply for a visa for France in Tajikistan

Tajik nationals are required to obtain a visa to enter France, regardless of the length of their stay and regardless of their travel document, unless they hold a valid residence permit authorising them to reside in France or another Schengen State.

For short-stay visa applications, plan to submit your application at least 15 days before your scheduled departure date.

Long Stay (> 90 days)

For long-stay visa applications (more than 90 days) you must select Uzbekistan as the place of submission on France-Visas.

You must make an appointment with the VFS Global centre in Tashkent. Your application will be submitted to the consular section of the French Embassy in Tashkent.

For long-stay visa applications, allow 3 months between the submission of your application and the expected date of your departure.
